Vidro Azul ("Blue Glass")


Vidro Azul ("Blue Glass"): its broadcastings began in RUC-Radio University of Coimbra, later extending to Radio Radar, and now on Radio SBSR. In its two-hour duration, this author’s project explores melancholic sonorities also experimenting, boundarylessly, with beautiful ethereal landscapes. Through several genres ranging from folk, glitch, indietronica, neoclassical, ambient, jazz, indie pop, minimal among others, themes are blended in an intentional attempt to create a coherent harmony.

Just Another Diamond Day




Just Another Diamond Day tem 35 anos (reeditado em 2000) e é, até agora, o único LP de Vashti Bunyan. Este disco é absolutamente extraordinário e de uma pureza indescritível: belo.
Depois de participar em Writers Without Homes - Piano Magic -, e de cantar com Devendra Banhart, Rejoicing in the Hands, na excelente compilação The Golden Apples of the Sun, Vashti é devolvida ao mundo pelos Animal Collective, com Prospect Hummer.
A melhor notícia vem no fim do ano: Vashti Bunyan, com produção de Max Richter, editará o seu segundo disco - 35 anos depois.
Na música, o tempo é apenas ritmo. Ainda bem!
